first-served basis. Onsite registration will

Registration Refund Policy:

receive a full.
refund LESS a 25% processing fee.
· Refund requests postmarked after March 9, 2010 will
not be honored.
· Registration modifications will be processed at the
prevailing rate at the time of modification.
