No photography or recordings will be permitted at this meeting. Anyone violating this policy will forfeit their registration privileges and will be asked to leave the meeting.

Space at the meeting is limited. Registration is processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees are fully registered once payment is processed. Registration via website, email, phone and fax will be closed on April 15, 2012 at 11:59am. Onsite registration will open on April 19, 2012 at 2pm-6pm, April 20–21, 2012 at 7am-5:30pm. Onsite registration will incur an additional $100 fee.

Registration Refund Policy:
· All refund requests must be made in writing.
· Refund requests postmarked before March 18, 2012 will receive a full refund LESS a 25% processing fee.
· Refund requests postmarked after March 18, 2012 will not be honored.
· Registration modifications will be processed at the prevailing rate at the time of modification.
